Mountain Table Catering & Events strives to provide quality hospitality and catering services. This Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund procedures for our events and services.

Deposits

Certain events may require deposits to secure reservations. Deposits may be:

  • Fully refundable within 48 hours of booking
  • Partially refundable depending on event date proximity
  • Non-refundable once preparation has begun

Customer Cancellations

More than 30 days before event

Eligible for substantial refund consideration.

15–30 days before event

Partial refunds may be issued depending on preparation status.

Less than 15 days before event

Refunds may be limited due to food purchasing, staffing, and scheduling commitments.

Company Cancellations

If Mountain Table Catering & Events must cancel due to circumstances under company control, customers may receive:

  • Full refund of all payments made
  • Alternative scheduling options at no additional cost

Service Issues

Customers should report service concerns within 7 days of service completion. All refund requests will be reviewed individually and responded to in a timely manner.

Non-Refundable Items

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Completed services
  • Customized menu planning
  • Purchased food inventory
  • Third-party vendor expenses

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10–15 business days of approval.
